BIBLE STUDY CLASS

5 Sessions

July 24-August 21, 2023

Mondays, 10:00-11:30am

C.S. Lewis wrote that for Christians, “there are better things ahead than any we leave behind.”  This class will look at what we can know about what is ahead — beyond death — from the Bible, our only truly reliable source.  The Bible does not tell us as much as we would like about the life to come, but it tells us much more than we think!  Putting aside the old stereotypes of heaven (sitting on clouds, strumming harps), we will consider both the terrible fate from which Jesus has graciously saved us and the amazing future that God has planned and promised for us.
